The United Empire of Earth Governors Council is the ruling body of a UEE planet. Each elected Governor representing a State or territory of the planet serves on the Governors Council to create planet-wide laws, settle disputes, and discuss worldwide issues that may affect their constituents. The Governors Council also has the ability to petition the UEE for official recognition.
