Charter

Charter of The Celestial Outcasts

Article I: Name and Purpose

1. The name of this organization shall be “The Celestial Outcasts.”

2. The purpose of the Organization is to foster a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for exploration, adventure, and camaraderie in the virtual universe of Star Citizen.

3.The Organization shall operate with the core values of freedom, unity, exploration, innovation, justice, resistance, and legacy.

Article II: Membership

1. Membership in the Organization is open to all individuals who uphold the values and principles outlined in this charter.

2. Prospective members may apply for membership by submitting an application detailing their commitment to the Organization’s values and their desire to contribute positively to the community.

3. Membership may be revoked at the discretion of the Leadership Council for actions or behaviors deemed contrary to the Organization’s values.

Article III: Leadership

1. The Organization shall be led by a Leadership Council comprised of elected members who demonstrate dedication, integrity, and leadership qualities.

2. The Leadership Council shall be responsible for making decisions regarding the direction, policies, and activities of the Organization.

Article IV: Activities and Operations

1. The Organization shall engage in a variety of activities including but not limited to exploration, trade, combat, mining, and community events.
2. Members are encouraged to collaborate and participate in group activities to foster teamwork and camaraderie.

Article V: Code of Conduct

1.Discrimination, harassment, and toxic behavior will not be tolerated within the Organization.

2.Members are expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines established by Cloud Imperium Games for Star Citizen gameplay.
