Joining UEE Navy as a young man Titus was stationed in Tiber system, and rose to rank of High Admiral. However, his joy was not long to last as his wife and daughter were captured by pirates in a passenger ship raid and sold into slavery. Frustrated by his inability to act on the matter, Titus grew restless and shortly after was honorably discharged from the Navy.
Using his old contacts in the military Andronicus formed an elite squadron that would make a backbone of private militarily corp, [REDACTED]. One of the founding principles of [REDACTED] is to protect the weak and serve the common good, so [REDACTED] are de facto a police force in the areas of space they patrol.
