Every ship, every officer, and every soldier under this banner is a reflection of our creed: Unbreaking, Unyielding, Eternal. We are not driven by conquest, but by conviction the belief that even in the darkest reaches of space, light must prevail.
Through discipline, unity, and resolve, I will see the Black Star Council endure through every trial. We will meet the chaos of the void not with fear, but with purpose. For as long as I command, the Council will remain the standard by which all others are measured.
