Many stories of Captain Kilo's past have been told, from the most outlandish tale of him being a GrimHex regeneration accident resulting in two bodies sharing the same mind and soul, with one turning to a life of crime always on the run and the other a successful businessman but the far more likely is that it's a pseudonym for a UEE Navy Fighter Pilot that turned Ninetails before disappearing into the underworld of the UEE. What is known is that he's the current captain of the N and its elusive pirate crew.
