UEE has very limited information regarding the citizen known as "Ghost Legion". Early reports date back to the 22nd century with the infamous Centauri Jump Program Massacre. Research team investigating the jump portal indicated that it made visual contact with several unknown vessels within the rift. Shortly there after the portal was breached and the research facility was destroyed. Fragmented transmissions from the attack mentioned a fleet of ships that appeared to blink in and out of normal space.
The facility was infiltrated and attacked by only 2 individuals that came to be nicknamed the Twin Shadows. The event was eventually covered up and written into the long list of government coverups. The hostiles were called the Ghost Legion by conspiracy theorists, and have been blamed for numerous mysterious occurrences throughout the centuries. Each warranted some evidence to indicate the involvement of the Twin Shadows and the blinking Ghost Legion ships.
