Born in the city of Lorville, Hurston, it soon became clear that HVD wasn't made out for the factory life. Soon after coming of age he had gathered enough credits to purchase a shabby, but sturdy vessel, which he uses to sell his Hotdogs at cities and events across the 'verse.
