Hailing from the city of Orison in the Stanton System, Grand Admiral Morgan is known as a man of action, compassion, and cunning intelligence.
Growing up poor, his family s scraped up enough UEC to send him to the academy for celestial cartography, and after eight years made Admiral.
In 2952, an outlaw organization called “Nine Tails” seized control of several commercial platforms near the city of Orison led by Mendo Ren. Many people where hurt in the aftermath of the attack, two of whom where his mother and father who worked on the platforms.
It was this incident that prompted him to create his own independed unit in the UEE Navy, and thus- Trauma Team was formed to prevent such an attack from ever happening again.
