Born in Moscow in 2892, Konstantin Sokolov spent much of his early life trying to break into the long dead print industry. When that didn't work out, he stowed away on a tramp orbit-hopper and began his long and colorful spacefaring history. Bringing his extensive writing experience to the FALOTI table made him a natural choice as a propagandist/intelligence analyst, which is the office he currently occupies. Sokolov also manages the intra-office newsletter, so far his greatest print accomplishment.
