Mareth was born a single child to Middle-class parents. His mother died at an early age and leaving his father, a salvage entrepreneur, to raise him alone. Mareth graduated high school in 2929 to enlist in the UEE Army as an infantryman, and graduated as an Honor Recruit, qualifying as a expert marksman. He later was assigned to a recon unit and was trained as a scout/sniper. He was accepted into the UEE Marines where he served five combat deployments and was decorated multiple times for valor. He left the UEE Marines and went to work for his father who died shortly after. Mareth sold his father's business and went to work as an information runner until he became aware of the 47th Legion. He later enlisted with the 47th and has since worked his way up to the Senior NCO position of Primus Carian, to which he still presides. Mareth is currently unmarried and has no known children.
