Duncan "Techie" MechLoud was born in Aberdeenshire in the Eastern Scottish Highlands on planet Earth in the year 2890. He has excelled in life as a master Technician and Pilot and he was offered an appointment at the UEE Naval Academy and Transportation Fleet. His outstanding abilities as a technician, navigator, and star ship pilot, earned him the utmost respect and admiration of all with whom he has served.
