Bio
Captain of the Pledge of Folly.
I bought the "Pledge" sight-unseen, but I knew her reputation and I knew something no one else did. Public were her legendary discoveries, prior military service, but there was a dark legacy tied to the infamous “Cloud Event” and the relics found light-years away. No one talks about the relics anymore, or the crew who vanished retrieving and delivering them. Whispered rumors of madness still follow the Pledge in the dusty, dark corners of the 'verse where some fear to fly.
I thought I knew "the story"… until I found her lost logs in remote pawn shops through a series of breadcrumbs. They had no idea what they had. Now... I’ll follow the trail into the black, to the source of the relics. I’ll recruit grit, not just courage.
Yes, it’s folly. But it's now My Pledge. This path isn't for everyone, but I will follow it. And I will rediscover what was found... and lost.
