Shiv Katall is the moniker belonging to a Mercenary and Assassin. The current theory behind Katall is the name seems to belong to multiple individual's, however, it seems the title only ever belongs to one person at a time and the current 'Shiv Katall' chooses their successor in the event they are killed or decide to disappear. This is only a theory as while Shiv Katall has been declared dead on two occasions (see referenced Advocacy Incident files) a body has never been recovered or confirmed therefore it cannot be ruled out for certain that Shiv Katall is not just a single individual.
Martial Skills are considerable: likely received Military training at some point either directly from a U.E.E. branch or from a predecessor who received military training.
As Shiv Katall has never been seen without body armour and helmet there is no data on the target's appearance - even the gender of Shiv Katall is unknown.
