The "Architect Macabre", a figure shrouded in mystery. Believed to be a former UEE senior officer, possibly an admiral. Some believe that he left the UEE's ranks because his hidden plots against UEE admiralty were discovered. Others think it was so he could rally the people against the UEE after discovering classified military projects against their own citizens
Some others believe that the "Grim Architect" ventured through the systems building a vast support network for some sort of future project involving a fleet unparalleled in firepower and strategic capabilities. His presence has been noted from Terra to Croshaw to Pyro and everything in between.
