Lucius Swift is an Earth-born mercenary who served eight years in the United Empire of Earth's Joint Special Operations Command as a Cyber Operations Specialist, specializing in data slicing, cryptography and exploitation of advanced network infrastructures, cross-trained in special weapons and tactics.

Although most of his dossier is redacted, Lucius is also renowned within the Special Operations community for his natural piloting ability.
