Hugh Harker is the CEO of the small trading company, TATE, and a manager of SCARP.
He has spent the last 15 years piloting trading and hauling vessels for a number of people, and the last 20 in the space trade industry.
During a conversation with a bunch of haulers in a bar, Hugh helped found a union of pilots from all walks of life in space, which now has its own comm-network, and transmits both text based and audio to pilots all over the UEE. Hugh still maintains his position at the top of the union which is known as SCARP, the Star Citizen's Association of Regular Pilots.
Hugh has been trading for the last year independently, as the Terra Australis Trade Empire, along with a few others. He is the acting CEO.
Hugh was born in New Austin on Terra 34 years ago. His mother was a secretary, and his father worked in a factory, who committed suicide when Hugh was 14 due to workplace abuse.
Hugh enjoys human history, music, and coffee. He always has, and always will, enjoy answering to nobody but himself.
