This particular song had a very strange journey before becoming what it is today.

It actually started as an angry letter to Star Citizen. Like many players, I was frustrated after dealing with bugs, crashes, elevators that didn't work, and all the other adventures that come with playing the game. That angry letter eventually became an angry rant, and then I decided I wanted to turn that rant into a song.

There was just one problem: Suno AI refused to sing it the way I wanted.

After spending hours rewriting lyrics and trying different versions, I finally got frustrated enough to ask myself, "Why don't I just turn this into a Baby Bookworm song?"

The moment I had that idea, everything changed.

Baby Bookworm content has to be family-friendly, so the angry rant disappeared and was replaced with comedy. Instead of focusing on frustration, I started turning real Star Citizen experiences into funny stories. The broken elevators, server crashes, endless waiting, missing lunches, and coffee addiction all became part of the joke.

The lyrics are completely mine. I wrote every word. The singing is AI-generated, but the story, characters, and ideas come from me. The pictures are also my character, Baby Bookworm, who is based on my in-game character of the same name.

For those who are new to the channel, Baby Bookworm is the main character of a little universe I've been building through songs and stories. In his lore, he lives on MicroTech in the Star Citizen universe, where his mom works at a military base. He spends most of his time getting into trouble, drinking too much coffee, stealing sandwiches, and flying ships when he should probably be sleeping.

The video contains four pictures showing different stages of Baby Bookworm's life while playing Star Citizen.

You'll also meet recurring characters such as Captain Roberts and Darkness Debbie. Captain Roberts has learned the hard way that if he leaves his lunch unattended, Baby Bookworm will steal it. Darkness Debbie is Baby Bookworm's nanny. She genuinely cares about him, but because she takes away his coffee, makes him go to bed, and insists he eat healthy food, Baby Bookworm considers her a villain and calls her Darkness Debbie.

A lot of the jokes come from real life. The coffee obsession is definitely one of them. Ever since I first tried coffee, I've loved it. People told me it would stunt my growth, but I didn't care then and I still drink plenty of coffee today. Giving Baby Bookworm the same habit just felt natural.

While I create other music and stories as well, Baby Bookworm is the heart of this channel. He's my favorite creation, and every song adds a little more to his world.

If you're interested in learning more about him, I have both an origin story and an origin song on the channel that introduce the characters and explain how it all began.

Thank you to everyone who watches, comments, likes, and supports my content. I truly appreciate it.

And if you ever see Baby Bookworm flying around the Star Citizen universe, feel free to say hi. That's probably me.

Take care, everyone. Fly safe, protect your coffee, guard your sandwiches, and I'll see you in the verse.
