Guardian Flight is a self-hosted ops platform built for Star Citizen organizations. One Docker command, your hardware, your data. No subscriptions, no cloud dependencies, no third-party access to your org's operational picture.

What's on the board:

Command Deck — real-time operational status across your org. Active missions, open rescues, QRF readiness, unread alerts, and a live command log — one screen.

Mission Board — full lifecycle from planning through execution. Callsign assignment, doctrine binding, participant rosters, package discipline tracking, and phase-by-phase status.

QRF Readiness — who's hot, who's on standby. REDCON status per asset, platform tracking, one-click dispatch tied to active missions or rescue ops.

CSAR Intake — rescue requests with survivor tracking, medical triage flags, escort coordination, threat assessment, and real-time status updates.

Intel Reporting — threat correlation across hostile sightings and active ops. Severity scoring, confidence ratings, hostile group tracking, and direct linkage to missions and incidents.

Doctrine & ROE — Weapons Hold, Weapons Tight, Weapons Free. Templated doctrine with execution checklists, escalation rules, and direct binding to mission packages.

Incident Tracking — lessons learned with action items, not just "we got wiped." Summary, root cause, action items, and public-facing summaries that link back to the missions and rescues that generated them.

Manual Center — full operational manual with document upload, inline viewing, GitHub-style markdown rendering, category filtering, and a searchable reference library. Bundled with 20+ seed documents covering every workflow.

Automated Alerts — a Rust compute engine evaluates your op tempo every 30 seconds and pushes notifications to connected browsers via WebSocket. Severity-tiered alerts for QRF dispatch, package discipline violations, readiness threshold breaches, and rescue intake.

AI Engine — integrated AI analysis powered by a Rust engine with pluggable provider support. Runs local with Ollama or connects to OpenAI and Anthropic — your choice, your data. Threat pattern analysis, mission risk scoring, and operational recommendations driven by your live intel and incident history.

Crew Roster — availability tracking with activity status, mission commitments, QRF assignments, and platform readiness across all org members.

Federation support is built in — multiple Guardian instances can share threat data across allied orgs over mTLS.

Self-hosted. Self-signed TLS out of the box. Runs on anything with Docker and 2 gigs of RAM.
