Helicopter ?

I had an idea, why not come up with some kind of helicopter that can only fly stratospherically, like the Fury. I took this one from the "Techoptere", which may appear in the movie "Oblivion", but why not added some modifications to it.

This is a shot of the helicopter from the movie Oblivion, the helicopter is called "Techopter" in the movie. But why not rename it something like, "Destiny" or something.
