Ive been able to replicate this issue multiple times, so decided to show how to go about trying to clear it. if you get this error, try it and see if it works. note it is going to take some patience to do as it can take time, longer then normal, to get in. but as you can see, it is very simple to do.
when you get the error, go into the main menu and go to arena commander. pick a ship, doesnt really matter which, but usually recommended you pick the same ship you were in last if possible. now launch arena commander. it may take some time to get in, but once youre in, simply get out of your seat and wait a little bit. then log out of arena commander. now go back to persistent universe.
IMPORTANT Part!! even if it still says player unstowed, launch it. now just let it take as long as it needs to. if it times out and kicks you out of the loading screen, do the above steps again.
