IAE 2953 Design Convention Badge Contest

Notes: I enjoyed working on this project.

I created 2 designs, one for a VIP and one for a General Admission badge. I built the VIP card with a pattern design of the Syulen to mark the new shipmaker's arrival to the ranks of Star Citizen.

For the General Admission badge, I added a subtle design of the Stanton system hinting that this universe is much larger with the addition of the star gates this year. I like that the next IAE might be in a completely different system.

My favorite part of this project was getting to unpack the 'other logos' and design of Star Citizen like the Tobin Expo Center and microTech.

Finally, I've seen some kick-ass designs from the community for this. It's awesome to see all these cool ideas. I'm extremely passionate about art, design, and of course, spaceships. Star Citizen has become an amazing playground of inspiration and wonder. I'm looking forward to more contests like this.
