--Intel Report-- Lucian Lancaster (one of his many aliases ) has so far been living a life on both sides of the law with Mercenary, bounty hunting, piracy and drug running, he has been arrested 3 times but charges were dropped for all 3 arrests. Current Alias and whereabouts are unknown but he has been known to frequent Grim-Hex, Levski, and Hurston. Intel suggests he's working for a shadow group as a fixer but this is as of yet to be confirmed. + 6613
