Bio
In January 2015, a perfectly ordinary person decided to buy a spaceship that did not exist in a universe that also did not exist. This should have been a warning. It was not.
Since then, Art_Dent has spent years testing the limits of simulated reality. He has been murdered by elevators that believe outer space is a perfectly reasonable destination for vertical journeys. He has engaged the quantum impossibility drive, arrived exactly on schedule, and discovered his ship elected to continue without him. Ships clearly consider pilots optional equipment.
30k's arrive unannounned and always when holding valuable cargo. Ship ramps harbor deep resentments toward human ankles. Dropped boxes can persuade entire planets to reject your existence.
His towel is packed. His expectations are managed. He logs in every patch with the cheerful optimism of someone who has learned absolutely nothing from experience. He is mostly harmless.
