Solomon Rawn, son of Jeremiah, began his career as a UEE combat pilot. He soon came to see that people in the fringe systems were largely left to their own devices, often vulnerable and without protection. After an honorable discharge at the rank of Commander at the age of 32, he founded a private initiative to safeguard the civilian population.
