Who We Are

Avenger Squadron was formed in 2019 with a singular focus: building a disciplined, high-performing PvP fighting force in Star Citizen. Since then, AVS has grown into a multi-domain organization made up of elite combat pilots, a dedicated ground combat element known as the Marines, and a structured Fleet division conducting and supporting multi-crew operations.

Avenger Squadron exists to develop skilled, principled players through deliberate training, tactical excellence, and a culture grounded in integrity, discipline, and continuous improvement. Our standard is simple: train with purpose, fight as a team, and strive to be 1% better every day.

Our core values define who we are. First and foremost, we focus on building and maintaining a formidable fighting force. We constantly refine our skills, tactics, and strategies to ensure that we stand head and shoulders above our adversaries.

But our commitment goes beyond the battlefield. Giving Back

From the beginning, Avenger Squadron has been committed to elevating the Star Citizen PvP community. We host “PvP 101” sessions led by trained AVS pilots, focused on the core fundamentals of dogfighting. If you’re new to PvP, looking to sharpen your basics, or representing a group that wants structured instruction, submit a ticket in our Discord. Group 101 sessions can be coordinated directly with AVS leadership.

Recruitment

In line with our pillars, we prioritize quality of character over raw combat proficiency. Skill can be trained. Mindset cannot. AVS offers multiple pathways depending on how you want to contribute:

Airwing – Combat pilots
Marines – Ground combat
Fleet – Multi-crew operations and force multiplication

All prospective members begin as recruits. Recruits are evaluated on attitude, discipline, coachability, commitment to improvement, and baseline capability. During this period, you’ll train, participate in PvP 101s, squad sessions, bounties, and operations so we can assess mutual fit.
Airwing candidates are evaluated on piloting fundamentals, decision-making under pressure, teamwork, and alignment with AVS standards. Progression is earned through consistent performance and demonstrated growth.

Marine candidates train alongside Marine leadership, where discipline, teamwork, and character carry equal weight with combat effectiveness.

Fleet candidates support operations through coordination, logistics, and multi-crew execution. Fleet embodies People, Power, and Purpose by enabling success across the organization.

Membership in Avenger Squadron is earned. It reflects commitment, professionalism, and a willingness to train with purpose and improve daily.
