History Manifesto Charter

History

Originated in Pyro, an individual group of pirates fatefully met in Orbituary. They decided it was in their best interest to mutually work together to run executive hangar for their first time. Interestingly enough those Cutlass members obtained an executive Cutlass Black, first of many more to come.
Eventually those founding members formed to create Black Cutlass…. a black-market and maritime guild for all.

Black Cutlass decided to introduce an autonomous marketplace for our members in the verse. How did we plan on doing this… you might ask?
Well, to be honest a marketplace with high quality goods that is on land and stationed in one location will always be susceptible to raiders, pirates, and griefers so instead we’ve taken the liberty of obtaining the Kraken Privateer to be our capital flagship of choice and mobile center for member’s-only free market trade.

We also introduce a contract board via discord given for members to pick up and submit for credits by our very own “Fixer”.

In Black Cutlass each member is allowed to enjoy whatever gameplay loop they desire so long as it does not harm the traveling fleet.
In fact, we encourage it! With the traveling fleet, you can always have a place to sell your credits
or meet other members for contracts within the safety of our embrace whenever you desire.

Manifesto

Black Cutlass’s structure is based around four pivotal roles and that’s it.

Here are our leadership roles:
The Fixer
Plans and executes syndicate activities (piracy, smuggling, raids, escort, bounty hunting). You define the operation’s scope and set up gray-market contracts for members to pick up such as player assassination contracts, piracy, etc via the discord.

The Captain
Commands the traveling Kraken Fleet, responsible for crew leadership, mission execution and decision making. You designate a Cutlass crew and they are meant to be a highly capable crew that propels the organization and those in this specific crew further.

Quartermaster
Manages assets and supply chains, ships, vehicles, components, munitions, resources, and commodities—to sustain and grow operational budget. If you pick up a contract from the fixer and the reward is tangible, this guy pays you.

The Black Hand
Second in command
You keep the members and organization in check. Work on a various evil recruitment strategies & candidate vetting with the pirate king. You also can form your own personal stealth and scout squad that would defend also defend the traveling kraken fleet.

Otherwise, it doesn’t matter because everyone in the Black Cutlass network is free to play however, whenever they want, with whoever you want, we don’t give a fuck!
