It began with a single pilot — SirFoxDuck — who looked at the forgotten corners of the verse and refused to accept what he saw.
Wrecks left to rot.
Ore veins untouched.
Outposts abandoned before they ever had a chance to stand.
Where others saw waste, he saw potential.
Where others turned away, he made a promise:
“If no one else will build something better, I will.”
From that promise, Emberwing rose.
New.

Unshaken.

EMBERWING CHARTER.

Article I — Name & Foundation

• - The organization shall be known as Emberwing.
  - Emberwing was founded in 2955 by SirFoxDuck, a single pilot with the vision to reclaim, build, and strengthen the frontier through industry.
  - Emberwing exists as a civilian, non‑military outfit focused on mining, salvage, and base‑building operations.

Article II — Mission

* Emberwing’s mission is simple and unwavering: – Extract valuable resources from untouched or remote regions – Salvage derelicts, wrecks, and abandoned structures for usable materials – Construct outposts, infrastructure, and stable footholds across the verse – Promote craftsmanship, reliability, and responsible industry

Emberwing operates under the belief that nothing in the verse should go to waste — and no frontier should be left undeveloped.

Article III — Core Values

Emberwing is built on four guiding principles:

1. Craftsmanship
   We build and reclaim with care, precision, and pride.

   - Represents Emberwing publicly
2. Industrial Divisions (activated as members join)
   - Mining Wing – Prospectors, MOLE crews, and resource extraction teams
   - Salvage Wing – Reclaimers, Vultures, and material recovery specialists
   - Construction Wing – Outpost builders, infrastructure crews, and logistics teams
   - Infrastructure & Maintenance Wing – Base upkeep, supply depots, landing pads, and expansion projects
3. Members
   - Volunteers who share Emberwing’s values
   - Expected to uphold the mission and act with professionalism

Article V — Conduct & Expectations

All members of Emberwing, present or future, agree to:

• - Prioritize safety of crew, civilians, and themselves
  - Respect all players regardless of affiliation
  - Avoid piracy, griefing, or exploitation
  - Maintain professionalism during operations
  - Follow the chain of command when applicable
  - Represent Emberwing with honor in all interactions
  Emberwing is an industrial organization — not a combat, piracy, or political entity.

Article VI — Operations

Emberwing conducts the following activities:

   - Deep‑region prospecting
   - Cooperative multi‑crew mining
2. Salvage Operations
   - Hull stripping

   - Derelict reclamation
3. Construction & Base‑Building Operations
   - Outpost construction
   - Landing pad and shelter development
   - Supply depot creation
   - Infrastructure expansion
   - Long‑term base maintenance
4. Logistics & Support
   - Material transport
   - Storage management
   - Supply chain coordination

All operations prioritize stability, sustainability, and responsible industry.

Article VII — Membership

• - Membership is open to individuals who share Emberwing’s values.
  - No prior experience is required — only a willingness to build.
  - Members may leave at any time without penalty.
  - The founder reserves the right to remove individuals who violate the charter.

• Emberwing aims to:

  - Expand its fleet and operational capabilities
  - Establish permanent outposts and infrastructure networks
  - Train new miners, salvagers, and builders
