Emberwing was born from that promise.
We are new.

Article I — Name & Foundation
- The organization shall be known as Emberwing.
- Emberwing was founded in 2955 by a single pilot with the vision to help, protect, and support those in need across the verse.
- Emberwing exists as a civilian, non‑military support outfit focused on rescue, repair, and refueling operations.

Article II — Mission
Emberwing’s mission is simple and unwavering:
- Respond to distress calls wherever they appear
- Provide refueling and repair services to stranded or damaged vessels
- Rescue and protect civilians in dangerous or isolated regions
- Promote safety, compassion, and reliability throughout the verse
Emberwing operates under the belief that no one should drift alone.

Article III — Core Values
Emberwing is built on four guiding principles:

Article IV — Structure
Emberwing is currently a founder‑led organization.
As the outfit grows, the following structure will be established:
1. Founder / Commander
- Oversees all operations
- Sets long‑term vision and standards
- Represents Emberwing publicly
2. Support Divisions (to be activated as members join)
- Refueling Wing – Starfarers, Vulcans, and support craft
- Repair Wing – Field engineers, mechanics, and service crews
- Rescue Wing – Search‑and‑rescue pilots, medics, and evac specialists
-Base Building & Infrastructure Wing – Outpost construction and maintenance, forward operating base development, landing pads, shelters, and supply depot creation
3. Members
- Volunteers who share Emberwing’s values
- Expected to uphold the mission and act with professionalism

Article V — Conduct & Expectations
All members of Emberwing, present or future, agree to:
- Prioritize safety of civilians, crew, and themselves
- Respect all players regardless of affiliation
- Avoid piracy, griefing, or exploitation
- Maintain professionalism during missions
- Follow the chain of command when applicable
- Represent Emberwing with honor in all interactions
Emberwing is a support organization — not a combat, piracy, or political entity.

Article VI — Operations
Emberwing conducts the following activities:
1. Refueling Operations
- Emergency fuel delivery
- Convoy support
- Deep‑space patrols
2. Repair Operations
- Field repairs
- Hull patching
- System stabilization
3. Rescue Operations
- Search‑and‑rescue missions
- Medical evacuation
- Beacon response
All operations prioritize life, safety, and stability.
4. Base Building & Infrastructure Development
Emberwing invests in creating safe, reliable footholds across the verse to support long‑term rescue and support operations. This includes:
- Establishing forward operating bases in remote regions
- Constructing shelters, landing pads, and supply depots
- Building repair bays, refuel stations, and medical outposts
- Maintaining secure, stable environments for stranded or injured civilians
- Expanding infrastructure to strengthen Emberwing’s reach and readiness

Article VII — Membership
- Membership is open to individuals who share Emberwing ’s values.
- No prior experience is required — only a willingness to help.
- Members may leave at any time without penalty.
- The founder reserves the right to remove individuals who violate the charter.

Article VIII — Growth & Future Vision
Emberwing aims to:
- Build a trusted reputation across the verse
- Expand its fleet and operational capabilities
- Establish permanent support outposts
- Train new pilots, medics, and engineers
- Become a beacon of safety in dangerous regions
The long‑term vision is a network of support stretching from the edge of the void to the heart of the UEE.

Article IX — Amendments
This charter may be updated as Emberwing grows.
Amendments may be proposed by the founder or future leadership and must align with Emberwing’s core mission and values.
