The Perry Line

EPCON-H was founded in 2810 following the Perry Line Pact, which dissolved the militarised zone between the UEE and Xi’an Empire. The organisation emerged from a coalition of frontier contractors and logistics firms that had supported UEE operations along the Perry Line.

With the demilitarisation of the border, EPCON-H expanded rapidly, consolidating capital and manpower to become a key actor in frontier security and logistics. In 2951, Battlegroup 1 of the Frontier Fleet was activated to respond to rising threats in Stanton, including XenoThreat incursions.

By 2955, the organisation received its Idris-class capital ship, EPCON-H Sunstone, marking a major restructuring of Battlegroup 1. The battlegroup now operates across Stanton, Pyro, and Nyx, focusing on law enforcement, logistics, and support for UEE-aligned initiatives and general stability operations.

Manifesto

EPCON-H is a decentralised paramilitary organisation committed to stabilising volatile systems and supporting intersystem cooperation. We operate under the Frontier Fleet as Battlegroup 1, deploying taskforces across the ‘verse to uphold lawful operations and assist UEE-aligned entities.

Our members engage in a wide range of activities – from combat and interdiction to logistics and humanitarian aid. We value initiative, adaptability, and teamwork. Advancement is based on merit, and leadership is open to those who step forward.

We maintain a consistent lore framework to support immersion, but we welcome both casual and dedicated players.

Charter

1. Purpose

EPCON-H supports UEE interests through law enforcement assistance, logistical coordination, and frontier stabilisation. We operate in cooperation with the Civilian Defense Force (CDF), Advocacy, and local entities.

2. Structure

Governance is led by the Fleet Marshal and divided into:

  • Strategic Command (StratCom) – Organisational leadership and diplomacy
  • Operational Council (Council) – Mission planning and logistics
  • Tactical Command (TacCom) – Field leadership and execution

3. Membership
Members begin as Associates and may advance through contribution and initiative. Roles include:

  • Associates – New recruits
  • Operatives – Active field personnel
  • Junior Officers – Small-unit leaders and trainers
  • Officers – Mission planners and coordinators
  • Taskforce Commanders – Strategic leaders of operational groups

4. Taskforces
Each taskforce has a distinct operational focus:

  • TF Oracle – PvE and law enforcement support in lawful systems
  • TF Pavarotti – PvP and combat operations in lawful systems
  • TF Pacifica – Pyro operations
  • TF Chimera – Deployments related to ASD
  • TF Saberin – Operations involving the Frontier Fighters/Slicers
  • TF Hamkari – Nyx operations

5. Conduct
Members are expected to act with respect – with shits n’ gigs being the top priority, in moderation.

6. Activity
Participation is flexible. Members may engage at their own pace, with opportunities to contribute across multiple roles.
