The Outlaw Militia is a group of Citizens who don’t believe the UEE can provide the protection or prosperity it promises.

The original 5 banded together with the realization that with the promise of the UEE being a lie, they would have to provide completely for themselves. This set them on the path of complete self sufficiency while staying outside of the influence of the UEE. Finding more like minded individuals to become stronger and expand their influence was what followed.
