History

Salts Command was born when two small groups of like-minded men—experienced players tired of drama, politics, and disorganized crews—decided to combine forces.

We shared the same values: straight talk, hard work, personal responsibility, and a focus on results over feelings. None of us wanted a single “boss” or hierarchy for the sake of it, so we chose to build something selective and flat. This circle is for mature men (18+) who pull their weight, respect the crew, and keep real life first.

We came together to create a drama-free home for like-minded people: profitable ops, tight coordination, and no nonsense.

That’s it. No fanfare. Just a crew that flies hard, shoots straight, makes UEC, and leaves the BS behind.

Charter

Preamble: We are Salts Command — a no-frills corporation of experienced, mature men who play Star Citizen the way we live: straight, disciplined, and without nonsense. Real life comes first. Drama stays out. We get things done, make UEC, and enjoy the ‘verse on our terms.

Purpose: Salts Command exists to build wealth, master skills, and operate as a tight-knit crew in the ‘verse. We focus on profitable, lawful-to-gray-zone activities while maintaining personal responsibility and mutual respect. No safe spaces, no virtue signaling—just results.

Primary Activities: We do a bit of everything that pays and keeps things interesting.

• Trading (high-volume hauls, market runs)
• Crafting & manufacturing
• Mining (hand, ROC, ship-based)
• Salvaging (wreck recovery, scrap runs)
• Infiltration (stealth ops, data theft, quiet entry)
• Bounty hunting (clean, professional contracts)
• Mercenary work (escort, defense, asset recovery—when the contract is solid)

All ops prioritize profit, crew safety, and minimal drama.

Core Values

1. No Drama — Leave personal issues, unwanted politics, and whining at the airlock. We solve problems like adults or not at all.
2. Respect & Accountability — Treat brothers and sisters with respect. Pull your weight or step aside. Real life excuses are valid; excuses for laziness are not.
3. Results Over Feelings — We fly hard, shoot straight, make UEC, and win contracts. Feelings don’t pay bills.
4. Conservative Mindset — We value tradition, hard work, personal responsibility, and freedom. Nonsense ideologies have no place here.
5. 18+ Only — Mature men and women only.
6. Discord — Voice comms are a must.

Rules of Conduct

• Real life first — play when you can, log off when you must. No guilt trips.
• No griefing, stream-sniping, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage (RSI ToS applies).
• Communicate clearly — use voice or text if comms go down. No ghosting mid-op.
• No public drama — handle issues privately or with leadership. Public whining gets you gone.
• Respect chain of command — ops leaders call shots during runs.
• No piracy — we don’t steal from innocents or random players. Work for your UEC.
• Keep it clean — no excessive profanity or toxicity in public channels (Spectrum/org Discord).
• Violations: First offense = warning. Second = boot. No appeals.

Ship Philosophy We fly all sorts of ships depending on the job—variety is smart. But let’s be clear: Drake ships are the best. No argument. Reliable, tough, practical, and they get the job done without pretension. If you’re flying something else, that’s fine—just don’t try to convince us it’s better.

Leadership & Membership

• Founder/CEO: Final say on charter changes and major decisions.
• Officers: Trusted vets who run ops and enforce rules.
• Recruits: Prove yourself through activity and attitude. No handouts.
• Inactive members: We understand life. 90-day inactivity may lead to removal (re-join anytime if you’re still solid).
