Why join Horizon?

Joining Horizon means never having to fly alone. With members across multiple time zones, someone’s almost always online to explore, earn credits, or join organized ops together. Operations happen regularly and are always optional. Jump in when it fits your schedule and play at your own pace, regardless of how long you have already played Star Citizen.

By joining Horizon, you’ll get:

About Horizon

Back in 2955, Horizon came to life to give players a place where they could actually experience everything Star Citizen has to offertogether. Since then, it grew into a friendly, well-run community built for pilots of every background, skill level, and time zone.

At Horizon, you can dive into a wide range of gameplay across four branches, each catering to a different playstyle. From exploration and industry to rescue ops and big-scale combat, there’s always something happening in the verse and a crew ready to fly with you.

Our officers run frequent missions and events, from casual small-group hangouts to fully coordinated, dozens-strong operations. Whether you’re in every day or just whenever you can squeeze it in, Horizon makes sure there are always chances to jump in.

We’re an organized org!

A solid structure helps a community thrive. At Horizon, we value clarity, teamwork, and cooperation so every member can find their spot and enjoy the experience without confusion or pressure.

Members can keep things casual with multicrew gameplay whenever they want, or go deeper by joining one of our dedicated Squadrons, groups of like-minded playerswho fly and train together regularly. How involved you get is totally up to you.

Horizon circles around four branches that work together as one tight unit. Each branch has a specific role, but they back each other up to keep the whole organization running smoothly. We understand that most players do not enjoy only one gameplay loop. Because of this, our branches intentionally overlap, ensuring no member has to choose a single path and giving everyone the freedom to shape their role however they want within HORIZON.

Q&A

How do I join?

Simply click the Join Us button at the top right of the page and submit your application. Make sure to join our Discord, everything org related happens here.

Can I be part of more than one branch?

Absolutely. Every member belongs to HORIZON as a whole, which means you are free to participate in activities across all branches. You are never locked into a single path.

Is HORIZON a lawful organization?

Yes. HORIZON does not support the current state of piracy, has zero tolerance for griefing and all gameplay that intentionally ruins the experience for others for no reason is not accepted. Activities that focus on cooperation and fair play are encouraged. There are many exceptions to this with systems like pyro or events even in Stanton with greatly reduced rule set.

What time zones does HORIZON operate in?

HORIZON is active across multiple time zones, with members from around the world. While many of our players are based in EU and US regions, you will usually find someone online regardless of your location.

Do you support roleplay?

Yes. While HORIZON is not exclusively a roleplay organization, members are welcome to roleplay. We provide dedicated channels for those who wish to stay in character.

We value clarity, teamwork, and cooperation so every member can easily find their place without pressure or confusion. Members are free to stay casual and enjoy multicrew gameplay whenever they like, or dive deeper by joining dedicated Squadrons made up of like-minded pilots who train and fly together regularly.

Through exploration, industry, rescue operations, and combat readiness, HORIZON seeks to build a lasting presence in the verse while creating memorable experiences for every member.

Our goal is simple: provide a welcoming home where players can explore, earn, build, and grow together at their own pace while still being part of a moving body made up of many.

HORIZON is built on respect, teamwork, and a shared love for Star Citizen. We prioritize cooperation over isolation, and we expect members to treat each other with decency, patience, and good faith.

Operations and events are always optional. Participate when it fits your schedule, join what interests you, and play the game your way while contributing to a positive and organized environment.

Toxic behaviour, harassment, or actions that intentionally harm the experience of other members are not tolerated. We expect members to communicate clearly, work as a team during group content, and support each other so that everyone can enjoy the experience.

Keep it drama-free| HORIZON exists to be a relaxed and enjoyable space. Leave unnecessary drama behind and bring a constructive, positive mindset when you fly with us.

Real Life always comes first| Real-life responsibilities will always take priority over the game. Step away when you need to, and never feel pressured or judged for doing so.

Respect the people around you| Every member and ally deserves patience, courtesy, and fair treatment. Toxic or hostile behaviour has no place in our community.

Strive to contribute| Take pride in your role, support your teammates, and aim to leave every operation better than you found it.

Show Inititative| See something that can be improved or something entirely new? Let us know, while we cant promise adding or changing various things due to interconnectivity in the bigger picture, we will always try to accomondate all suggestions and integrate them into the org.
