Suprelic is a self sufficient clan of people doing anything legal between mining to bounty hunting supporting each other in the process.
Suprelic does not believe in a ranking system other than leader and members as we view all as equal and we are not a military organization but merely a band of people.
The leaders role is to ensure control and for the group to not turn into pure anarchy.
We run with democracy and every change should be voted by all members with equal vote.

THE OFFICIAL SUPRELIC CLAN RULES

1.

Everyone in Suprelic must always follow the rules as best as possible and no one can rewrite or remove any of these rules. Any translation must be accurate to the original version. Suprelic must never cruelly, unjustly or excessively punish anyone. Any violation of the rules must be investigated so that anyone accused can receive a fair trial. A trial must be judged by the Suprelic founder or Suprelic council, but if anyone in the council is involved with the rule violation or if there is no leadership in Suprelic then it must be judged by four Suprelic members who are uninvolved with the rule violation and who have been elected to judge the trial. If four members need to be elected to judge a trial, then anyone involved in the violation cannot vote in that election. Minor rule violations should be forgiven with a warning unless they are repeated multiple times. Everyone has the right to a fair trial and everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

When the Suprelic founder no longer officially leads then leadership in Suprelic must turn to an elected council of four wise and rational members which holds an election every eighth year according to the Gregorian calendar relative to the year 2000 on earth. Any member who wants to join the council must have been a member for at least four years. A member can maximum be in the council twice. An election must not last longer than a year. Suprelic may elect any needed roles under the council. If necessary then Suprelic must be able to function fully without any leadership. All members are equal and have an equal vote.

Anyone joining has to be 16 years of age or older and will start as a recruit for two months to a year before they can become a member. A membership application must show that the applicant has read, understands and are willing to follow the rules of Suprelic and they must state why they want to join Suprelic. A recruit must be reasonably active and engage with Suprelic throughout their recruitment period in order to become a member. Anyone can apply for membership as long as they’re able to understand and follow the rules of Suprelic. Anyone that has passed through the recruitment period must sign an oath of membership. It is not possible to buy, sell, donate, or inherit membership in Suprelic. If there is no leadership then members can vote in new membership applicants. Everyone joins equally. Anyone interested in Suprelic that isn’t a member or a recruit or doesn’t wish to apply can be an associate of the clan.

Only the Suprelic founder can own Suprelic and no one can buy, sell, or in any way use Suprelic for personal gain. All labour done for Suprelic must be compensated fairly, relative to Suprelic’s finances. All business done by Suprelic should only be done to fund and brand Suprelic. Suprelic can own businesses with the primary purpose of funding the Suprelic clan. All mentions of Suprelic in media and entertainment must be in accordance with the Suprelic rules and be accurate and appropriate. Suprelic must never be in debt. No greed or corruption allowed.

5.

There can only be one Suprelic clan and only the Suprelic clan can in any way use the name Suprelic and any Suprelic logos and branding. Suprelic must always maintain connection across the clan and stay united. All members of Suprelic can only be in Suprelic and not any other gangs, clans or likewise groups.

6.

Suprelic must always be able to defend itself and maintain security and peace. Suprelic should not retaliate unless absolutely necessary. It is always best to forgive and move on.

7.

No one should use Suprelic for personal defense and no one should act offensively on behalf of Suprelic. It’s always best to help out when possible, but Suprelic should never be brought into any avoidable and unnecessary arguments and conflicts.

8.

Suprelic must always avoid internal conflicts to prevent issues between members. All intimate relationships in Suprelic must not interfere with the clan or cause any problems. Suprelic has to stick together in order to function.

9.

Anyone in Suprelic must always make an effort to engage and be active in the community. Suprelic must always maintain communication and all members have to be able to communicate with each other. All members should preferably intend to be in Suprelic long-term or permanently. Always be honest, loyal and devoted to Suprelic. Solidarity in action.

10.

The Suprelic clan should always strive to be self-sufficient and fully independent. Suprelic can have allies and be associates with others but never be below anyone or anything.

11.

Suprelic must always adapt to change and modern times while preserving and remembering its history and tradition.

12.

No one in Suprelic should brag about Suprelic, their membership in Suprelic or speak badly about Suprelic without reason. Suprelic must always be well-kept, appropriately presented and branded well and honestly. Anyone in Suprelic can take pride in things they have done for, with or to Suprelic but they shall not view themselves as above others in any way because of Suprelic. Everything made for Suprelic must always look and be of highest quality. No one in Suprelic should view anyone or anything as less worthy for not in any way being a part of Suprelic.
