Titan Guard operates as an independent security and military service organisation, serving under lawful contracts and allied directives within the UEE and its fringe sectors.
Our doctrine is built upon three operational pillars:

GROUND DOMINANCE – Rapid deployment and fortified control of strategic zones. Infantry and armored units function in tandem to secure, hold, and extract.

DIGPRO (Dignitary Protection) – VIP and executive safeguarding under active or potential threat conditions.

AEROSPACE SUPPORT – Fleet operations specialising in dropship and heavy vehicle deployment via M2 Hercules and Ironclad-class transports.

I. PURPOSE OF CHARTER

To establish Titan Guard as a fully autonomous and law-abiding security organisation within the United Empire of Earth and its associated frontier systems.
This Charter codifies Titan Guard’s purpose, operational limits, and the ethical framework guiding all future deployments and contracts.

Titan Guard exists to provide strategic defense, dignitary protection, and tactical ground support to lawful entities and allied organisations.
Our primary objective: preserve order through controlled application of force — measured, decisive, and absolute.

II. COMMAND AUTHORITY

Operational command is vested in the Fleet Admiral (CEO), designated S4NITY, who retains supreme authority over all Titan Guard divisions.
Under his direction, field commands are distributed through a tiered leadership structure of Generals, Captains, and Sergeants, ensuring precision and accountability across all operational theaters.

In times of total system failure, command reverts to the Bastion Protocol, authorising senior field officers to assume temporary control until communication with Fleet Command is re-established.

All Titan Guard personnel will uphold the Core Tenets of Service:

• Fleet Admiral – Supreme command, held by S4NITY, founder and CEO of Titan Guard.

Promotions are earned through experience points gained in:

• Logistical and support missions

• Training exercises and event participation

V. AFFILIATION & CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Titan Guard maintains formal partnership with INTRO under the Defensive Aid and Supply Security Accord (DASSA), providing elite ground and escort operations across Pyro and surrounding sectors.
All external contracts must comply with UEE regulations and uphold inter-org neutrality unless authorised by command under wartime exemption protocols.

Titan Guard will not engage in piracy, smuggling, or acts of aggression outside the bounds of lawful defense and authorised contract operations.
