We are a PvE-focused organization for players who enjoy coordinated ops, multicrew ships, and relaxed professionalism. We offer no mandatory schedules, rank gated content, no drama. We thrive on community, trust, fun, and crews flying together while making every ship count.
The Wayward Accord was founded by friends who shared a simple belief: Star Citizen is at its best when flown together, without pressure, grind, or politics.
After spending time in larger organizations weighed down by rigid hierarchies, mandatory schedules, and rank-based progression, the founders set out to create something different—an organization centered on the fact that having people we enjoy, trust, and meaningful gameplay will outshine huge numbers of people we barely know.
The Accord was never built to chase size or influence. Instead, it was designed to ensure that every ship, every crew role, and every player feels valued and useful. From small coordinated sorties to fully crewed capital ships, the organization grew around the idea that cooperation and shared experiences matter more than numbers.
By remaining flexible and session-based, The Wayward Accord allows members to fly when they want, how they want, and with the ships they enjoy. Over time, this approach has shaped a culture rooted in community, learning, and reliable teamwork—where success is measured in great moments, not checklists.
The Wayward Accord continues to evolve alongside the universe itself, staying true to its core identity:
A crew that chooses to fly together and make every ship count.
We believe Star Citizen is a crew experience first and foremost.
The Wayward Accord exists to provide a welcoming, low-pressure environment for players who enjoy coordinated operations, multicrew gameplay, and flying with people they trust. We reject grind-based progression, mandatory participation, and ego-driven leadership.
Instead, we stand for:
- Trust over rank
- Teamwork over numbers
- Teaching over gatekeeping
- Fun over obligation
Every member brings value to the Accord—whether flying a fighter, crewing a turret, running logistics, or learning the game for the first time. We believe the best experiences come from cooperation, shared learning, and mutual respect.
We fly together because we choose to.
That choice is what makes the Accord strong.
