The Wayward Accord

The Wayward Accord is a PvE‑focused, MILSIM‑lite organization built around coordinated operations, multicrew gameplay, and relaxed professionalism. We offer no mandatory schedules, no rank gates, no drama.

Just good people flying together and making every operation count.

History

History of The Wayward Accord | Join Our Discord

The Wayward Accord was formed by a small group of pilots who believed Star Citizen is at its best when operations are coordinated, crews communicate clearly, and players enjoy flying together. We wanted this without unnecessary pressure, grind, or forced formality.

After spending time in larger organizations burdened by rigid hierarchies, mandatory schedules, and authority for authority’s sake, the founders set out to build something different: a MILSIM‑lite unit that values structure where it helps, flexibility where it matters, and people above all else.

From the beginning, the Accord was designed around operational playability. Planning, leadership, and defined roles are used to enhance immersion and effectiveness, not to restrict how members enjoy the game. Whether flying small tactical sorties or crewing large multi‑ship operations, every role is meant to feel purposeful and respected.

The organization deliberately avoided chasing size or influence. Instead, it grew through shared operations, reliable teamwork, and a culture that encourages learning and collaboration. Sessions are opt‑in and member‑driven, allowing pilots to participate when and how they choose, with the ships and roles they enjoy.

As the universe evolves, so does The Wayward Accord. We remain adaptable, community‑focused, and operationally minded. Our identity is simple and deliberate:

Structured when it counts. Flexible when it matters. A unit that flies together by choice, and makes every operation count.

Manifesto

Manifesto of the Accord | Join Our Discord

We believe Star Citizen is a crew experience first and foremost.

The Wayward Accord exists to provide a welcoming, low-pressure environment for players who enjoy coordinated operations, multicrew gameplay, and flying with people they trust. We reject grind-based progression, mandatory participation, and ego-driven leadership.

Instead, we stand for:

- Trust over rank
- Teamwork over numbers
- Teaching over gatekeeping
- Fun over obligation

Every member brings value to the Accord—whether flying a fighter, crewing a turret, running logistics, or learning the game for the first time. We believe the best experiences come from cooperation, shared learning, and mutual respect.

We fly together because we choose to.
That choice is what makes the Accord strong.
