Baker IV is the fourth planet from the suns of the Baker system, United Empire of Earth (UEE). A terrestrial, coreless planet, it has no magnetic field, but many valuable mineral deposits. Shubin Interstellar maintains an outpost there named GIO. The planet is lightly populated by the overseers and workers of Shubin's mining operations.
