Casse Aerospace was a Human spacecraft design and manufacturing concern that operated for two decades in the early 27th century. It was founded by a former Roberts Space Industries (RSI) engineer named Leonard Casse to produce the Cosmo Sloop luxury spacecraft, released in 2604. With the advent of the Second Tevarin War (2603-2610), Casse changed direction to develop a dedicated military spacecraft, the Hurricane. Following their founder's death in 2615, Casse failed to produce further successful spacecraft and ultimately went out of business. Anvil Aerospace purchased the Hurricane design and ultimately returned it to service in a modernized form in response to the Vanduul threat in 2878.
