The Orm are a developing civilization indigenous to the northern polar region of Xis (Kellog II) capable of creating tools, hunting, and building shelter. Xenoanthropologists estimate that it will be ten or more millennia before they are capable of space flight. Study of the Orm is restricted to observational research only under the Fair Chance Act.
