Ko'li (Ē'aluth III) is the third planet from the sun of the Ē'aluth system, Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an). Soon after it was discovered, the Xi'an government elected to terraform Ko'li and use it as a nature preserve for all known plant and animal species in Xi'an space. It contains a diverse number of biospheres that were meticulously-crafted to suit the needs of all species housed on the planet. Poaching is restricted, and those caught in the act are subject to heavy punishment. Additionally, the unauthorized import of living species is prohibited to prevent disruption to the ecosystem. In SEY 2933, an outbreak of flo-pets caused by a visiting Human led to increased penalties for anyone caught trying to release an animal or plant vegetation.
