History

Tired of huge orgs where everything feels way too serious?

Lacking IQ is a casual pirate org for people who just want to enjoy the game without feeling like they have a second job.

There are no mandatory hours, no activity requirements and no pressure to be online. Play when you can, join us when you feel like it, or just hang around and chat.

We’re mainly here to play together, make money, complete objectives and, of course, do some piracy along the way. New players are welcome too we’re happy to help you learn the game.

And if you’re mostly a solo player who just wants a group to talk to and occasionally team up with, that’s completely fine too. Relaxed and fun atmosphere, piracy and questionable decisions.

Lacking IQ was founded in 2026 by a dedicated and driven group, with the intention of remaining here for a long time.

Active, unknown to some and discovered by others, we intend to grow year after year.

Manifesto

We are not bound to neutrality

Lacking IQ is not a strictly neutral organization. We are open to forming alliances, rivalries, and diplomatic relations with other organizations when it makes sense for our goals and for the future of our members.

However, we also value our freedom and reputation. Our intention is to enter the Star Citizen universe with a clean name, without unnecessary hostility or conflicts that could harm our ability to grow, explore, and establish ourselves.

Members of Lacking IQ are expected to avoid involvement with organizations unless they shown clear hostility through their actions.

We choose our allies carefully, we remember our enemies, and we protect our own.
