### Founding — Year 2342

Humanity was expanding aggressively into the frontier. Corporate wars replaced national conflict, and power flowed through those who controlled force, not law. Dozens of fractured mercenary legions fought for scraps, selling their loyalty to the highest bidder.

One warlord burned them all into unity.

His name was [[Vor’kan Vorn]], later honored as the Dragon Sovereign.

A tactician with a doctrine built on fear, precision, and discipline, Vorn absorbed or destroyed rival mercenary outfits and reforged the survivors into a single entity — the 104th DragonCorp.

He gave the Corps its creed:

> “From flame, discipline. From discipline, victory.”

The founders adopted a sigil shaped like a forward-facing dragon, forged in red and black: a symbol of dominance, not negotiation.
Clad in beskar-inspired armor plates and tribal marks, officers swore loyalty not to a nation, but to the Sovereign and to the 104th.

The first entry in the Ember Codex read:

> “Fear is the first weapon. Discipline is the last.”

### Era of Consolidation (2342–2369)

The 104th specialized in operations where diplomacy had failed — or was never attempted.

- Planetary suppression

- Hostile asset recovery

- Overwhelming force deployment

Their approach was simple: hit hard, burn everything unworthy, leave witnesses.

Every soldier carried the dragon sigil without text — the symbol alone was enough to make militias surrender.

### Internal Upheaval — The Cleansing of Weak Flame (2369)

As the Corps grew, ambition cracked unity.

Captains began to hoard influence, treating personal warbands as private armies. Vor’kan Vorn made a decision consistent with his doctrine:

Weak flame is extinguished.

In a single night, loyalists struck every rebellious command post simultaneously.
This purge — now called The Cleansing of Weak Flame — cemented one truth:

> “The Corps has no room for those who hesitate.”

### Ascension of Dra’kar Vorn — Commander-General

Upon the death of Vor’kan Vorn, his successor stepped forward:

Dra’kar Vorn — Blood Descendant & Commander-General of the 104th

Dra’kar took the mantle but not the title Dragon Sovereign.
That title remains forever attached to Vor’kan — the eternal founder.

Dra’kar’s leadership sharpened the Corps into a precision instrument:

- No empires.

- No politics.

- Contracts only.

His Doctrine of Applied Fear transformed the Corps’ reputation. Officers no longer shouted orders — they enforced silence with presence alone.

Recruitment became selective to the point of myth. Those who survived initiation were branded with the dragon — not ink, but burn.

### Modern Day

The 104th DragonCorp is now:

- A private military dynasty

- Feared across the frontier

- Recognized by symbol alone

They do not negotiate.
They do not apologize.
They do not retreat.

Their emblem — crimson dragon on black — carries a promise:

> Fire is Discipline.

—-

### Operational Credo (recited before deployment):

> _“We are the fire that shapes metal.
> We bend, or we break.
> But we never bow.”_

Manifesto

We were not born from peace.

The 104th DragonCorp rose from the collapse of undisciplined mercenary legions — groups that valued noise over precision and chaos over control. Where others chased glory, the 104th carved purpose from fire.

Our doctrine is simple:

From flame, discipline.
From discipline, victory.

We do not fight to be seen.
We do not fight to be remembered.
We fight so that the mission ends.

The 104th operates under the Sovereign’s Code:

Precision. Loyalty. Silence.

Every operative is a blade — sharpened, deliberate, controlled.
We do not roar before we strike.
We strike, and the battle ends.

There is no ego here.
No theatrics.
No heroes.

Only results.

We select those who understand that discipline is strength — that restraint is more powerful than rage. If you seek attention, look elsewhere. If you seek challenge, refinement, and purpose:

You will not find the 104th.

We will find you.

Fire is Discipline. Victory is inevitable.

Charter

1. Purpose

The 104th DragonCorp exists to execute high-risk contracts with maximum efficiency and minimal footprint. Our goal is not to be the largest force, but the most precise. Every operation reflects the Sovereign’s Code:

Precision. Loyalty. Silence.

We do not seek attention.
We seek completion.

2. Leadership Authority

All strategic command flows from the office of the Dragon Sovereign.

The Sovereign’s authority is final.

The Sovereign is never replaced.

Commanders and operatives serve in the Sovereign’s shadow, upholding doctrine and discipline.

Failure to follow lawful orders is not a mistake — it is a dismissal.

3. Membership & Selection

The 104th does not recruit — we select.

Operatives are chosen based on:

Discipline

Reliability

Ability to execute under pressure

Silence and information control

Applications are not accepted.
Performance is observed. Worthiness is determined.

Prospects who are selected enter the Rite of Silence, a proving stage that tests discipline and restraint.

4. Conduct & Operational Discipline

Members of the 104th will:

Speak with purpose

Act with precision

Represent the organization with discipline

Members will not engage in:

Trash talk or provocation

Exploits, harassment, griefing, or violations of RSI Terms of Service

Bragging about operations, kills, or contracts

The Corps does not boast.
The Corps performs.

5. Information Security

Internal communication, mission details, identities, and operational planning are confidential.
If you talk loosely, you are not with us.

“Need to know” governs all communication

External inquiries receive no information

Failure to maintain silence results in removal

The Dragon does not roar. It waits.

6. Chain of Command

Orders flow downward. Accountability flows upward.

The mission is sacred.

We do not abandon contracts.

We do not escalate conflict without purpose.

We do not waste lives, assets, or time.

Every objective is approached with:

Efficiency

Discipline

Finality

We finish what others start.

8. Dismissal & Removal

The 104th has no drama.
Removal may be swift and without discussion for:

Breach of silence

Compromise of mission integrity

Toxic behavior or ego conflicts

If you act like a liability, you are no longer here.

9. Creed

From flame, discipline.
From discipline, victory.

We do not train warriors.

We refine weapons.
