The 1st Vanguard Brigade is an independent PMC operating across the Stanton system and beyond. Built around disciplined operations, reliable logistics, and overwhelming force when necessary.
Honor. Discipline. Profit.
Vanguard Leads.
The 1st Vanguard Brigade was established as an independent expeditionary force dedicated to operating beyond the reach of conventional security organizations. Founded by veterans, independent contractors, and frontier operators, the Brigade was built around one simple principle:
If the job needs doing, the Vanguard goes first.
In its early years, the 1st operated primarily as a small security and escort outfit, protecting merchant convoys through poorly patrolled trade routes. What began as a handful of pilots and ground operators quickly developed into a disciplined organization capable of conducting multi-ship operations across hostile territory.
As the Brigade expanded, so did its mission. Vanguard crews began taking contracts ranging from cargo protection and logistics to reconnaissance, bounty operations, salvage, recovery, and direct-action combat. Rather than specializing in a single field, the Brigade developed into a flexible force capable of supporting an operation from beginning to end.
The Brigade’s reputation was built in the frontier—where backup was hours away, contracts were unpredictable, and a poorly protected freighter could disappear without a trace. Vanguard learned to operate independently, maintain its own logistics, and protect its personnel and clients under pressure.
Today, the 1st Vanguard Brigade operates as a professional PMC and expeditionary organization. Its personnel include pilots, security specialists, combat operators, salvagers, haulers, engineers, and support crews.
The Brigade continues to grow, taking on larger contracts and expanding its operational reach while maintaining the traditions that defined its earliest days.
We move first. We hold the line. We bring everyone home.
1st Vanguard Brigade
Honor. Discipline. Profit.
Vanguard Leads.
The frontier does not belong to the strongest.
It belongs to those willing to go farther.
The 1st Vanguard Brigade was built on the belief that the verse is too vast, too dangerous, and too unpredictable to rely on someone else to protect what is ours.
We are traders.
We are escorts.
We are operators.
We are soldiers.
We are the Vanguard.
We do not seek conflict, but we will not shy away from it. We do not prey upon the weak, nor do we allow others to prey upon those under our protection.
Our word is our contract. Our contract is our duty. Our duty is our reputation.
We believe in disciplined operations, competent leadership, and loyalty among our personnel. Every pilot, soldier, hauler, engineer, and specialist carries the reputation of the Brigade with them.
We believe profit and professionalism are not opposites.
A successful operation means the cargo arrives.
The contract is fulfilled.
The crew returns home.
And the Brigade gets paid.
We will build our strength through trade, logistics, security, salvage, and combat operations. We will establish ourselves not through empty promises, but through results.
When others see an abandoned route, we see an opportunity.
When others see a hostile system, we see another deployment.
When others threaten our people, they see the Vanguard.
We will cross the frontier.
We will protect what we earn.
We will stand beside those who stand beside us.
And when the call comes, we will answer.
