Divisions

Passenger Transport

Public Transit – Provides passenger transport services for the general public throughout UEE controlled space.

Secure Transit – Provides passenger transport for VIPs, Law Enforcement, and anyone else seeking to transit through more dangerous areas.

PMC Transit – Provides transport of military personnel/assets into hostile areas requiring quick deployment/retrieval.

Logistics

Freight – Provides transport of cargo from one location to another

Exploration – Tasked with discovery of new trade routes, jump points, and new worlds.

Support

Escort Operations – Provides armed escort for the protection of company and client assets.

Maintenance – Keeps the fleet up and running, repairs damage, and fabricates new equipment to keep everything running at peak efficiency.

General Rules and Expectations:

18yr or older – With no way to truly verify your age, we will be mindful of how you portray yourself. Distasteful conduct and childish behavior will be punishable. We ask that you are honest when asked for your age.

Regarding Conflict – We are an adult organization and expect people to act that way. However, an organization should be mindful of the reality that people do not always see eye to eye. Should that be the case, we would ask that all incidents are reported to an executor of the company as soon as possible instead of attempting to resolve an issue solely between the disagreeing parties, which often leads to purely dogmatic stances that result in unsolvable conflicts. Disregarding this policy leads to instability among our unified Corporation, and depending on the nature of the conflict, could end up in termination of contract for one or more of the parties involved.

Real Life First – We understand everyone has a life outside of the game. Please do not let your responsibility to our corporation come before responsibility to yourself or those you love. We want our pilots well-rested and up to par for every flight, and our marines ship-shape and living in the moment. Your wellbeing is OUR wellbeing.

*Be Respectful*- This seems, of course, like a repetitive blanket request from every corporation or guild tenet you’ve come across. But here with us, it means more than a civil tongue and tone. It means find the things you like about the people you work with. Know that we’re here to support YOU in the same way you support US. Respect that everyone around you should want you here, and you should work to build that relationship daily.

Negativity is not needed – Constructive, well-articulated and intelligent feedback is welcome. But blatant criticisms are to be avoided. We work to foster an environment that is fast-paced, efficient, and superior to the experiences outside of our corporation. This means keep track of your statements and how you come across to others. Be aware, be present, and be ready. At the same time, never be dissuaded from addressing inefficient practices or procedures, simply address them in a way that will build them up, instead of tearing them down.

Keep a good face on the forums – No griefing, trolling, or badmouthing others on 3LI or RSI forums no matter how simplistic or unfounded the conversation is. Portray the company in a way that others will revere your words, rather than dismiss them.

Fleet Rules and Guidelines:

-Company ships are free to be utilized by authorized personnel.

-Personal ships may be used to conduct company business. As such 3LI will provide reimbursement for expenses or losses conducted while on company business.

-No hostile actions may be carried out while using Company ships. But defense of company assets is paramount. While in possession of company property, always err on the side of caution.

-3LI does not officially condone or support piracy.

-3LI does not officially deny that sometimes questionable things must be done to accomplish great goals

Teamspeak (TS) Rules, Expectations, and Guidelines:

No mic spamming.
-No chatbox spamming.
-No excessive private messaging or poking of officers. Officers will get back to you ASAP.
-Do not give out any 3LI Teamspeak info to anyone who is not a member unless given explicit permission or direction to do so by an officer.
-If someone else is speaking, allow them to finish.
-Keep chat and links appropriate to the channel.
-Less civilized, not-exactly-appropriate, conversations should be moved to a designated channel.
-Treat all guests with a welcoming and respectful attitude.
-Refer to General Rules listed above.
