From this common ground, the organization known as 4M-CONTRACTORS emerged, carving a unique niche in the vast cosmos.

Founding Days and Unity

4M-CONTRACTORS was born in a time of uncertainty, when the verse echoed with tales of piracy and heroics alike. A group of daring individuals who had experienced the thrill of working together decided to formalize their collaboration, uniting under a common banner. They were united not only by their shared love for piracy but also by a set of four core values that would come to define their identity.

Mischief: A Twist of Fun

The first value of the organization, “Mischief,” embodied their belief that piracy could be more than just ruthless plundering—it could also be a thrilling escapade, a cleverly executed plan, and a source of enjoyment for all involved. 4M-CONTRACTORS distinguished themselves by infusing their actions with a touch of mischievousness, turning their piracy endeavors into captivating stories that resonated throughout the verse.

Military Might and Protective Vows

As their reputation grew, so did their capabilities. The second value, “Military,” saw 4M-CONTRACTORS transitioning into not only pirates but also hired protectors of fellow travelers in the verse. Contracting themselves as escorts, they safeguarded traders, explorers, and other players against the dangers of the cosmos. Article VII: Leadership & Ranking
ORGANIZATION MEMBER ROLES

1. Mercenary:
Description: Visitors who have joined the discord but has not joined the organization.
Responsibilities: Learn about the organization’s values, rules, and gameplay mechanics.
Privileges: Limited access to organization resources and activities.

2. Soldier:
Description: Active Members who have joined the organization, shown some commitment and participation.
Responsibilities: Engage in organization activities, learn gameplay mechanics, and contribute to discussions.
Privileges: Increased access to organization resources and activities.

3. Captain:
Description: Members who have demonstrated dedication and improvement in their skills.
Responsibilities: Actively participate in organization events, assist newer members, and refine gameplay strategies.
Privileges: Access to advanced training and limited leadership roles.

4. Lieutenant:
Description: Skilled members who have a good understanding of the game mechanics.
Responsibilities: Lead small groups in missions, provide guidance to lower-ranked members, and contribute to strategic planning.
Privileges: Access to specialized equipment and roles, involvement in decision-making discussions. Help with dispute resolutions among membership.

5. General:
Description: Highly skilled members with a deep understanding of game mechanics and organizational strategies.
Responsibilities: Lead larger groups in complex missions, provide advanced training, and actively contribute to organization growth.
Privileges: Access to exclusive equipment, priority in mission selection, and involvement in leadership decisions.

ORGANIZATION OFFICER ROLES
1. Communications:
Description: Long-standing and respected members who have contributed significantly to the organization’s success.
Responsibilities: Help maintain the Organizations “Spectrum Page” and also contribute to the branding of the Organization.
Privileges: Recognition as a pillar of the organization, involvement in high-level decision-making, and special events.

2. Lieutenant:
Description: Appointed leaders responsible for managing different aspects of the organization.
Responsibilities: Oversee specific divisions, coordinate events, manage recruitment, and ensure smooth operation.
Privileges: Decision-making authority, access to administrative tools, and direct collaboration with leadership.

3. Captain:
Description: Senior officers who assist in strategic planning, decision-making and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities: Lead divisions, manage officers, contribute to long-term goals, and represent the organization externally.
Privileges: Influence over organizational direction, active involvement in high-level decisions.

4. BOSSES:
Description: Founders of the Organization responsible for the overall direction and success of the organization as a whole. Highest-ranking members who shape the organization’s destiny.
Responsibilities: Set long-term goals, define the organization’s identity, and lead major initiatives. Lead officer meetings, develop organization-wide strategies, and ensure efficient operation across divisions.
Privileges: Utmost decision-making authority, legacy recognition, and the final say in all matters of all matters.

Charter

4M-CONTRACTORS STAR CITIZEN ORGANIZATION CHARTER

Article I: Name and Purpose

  1. The name of this organization shall be “4M-CONTRACTORS,” hereinafter referred to as “the Organization.”
  2. The primary purpose of the Organization is to engage in activities that provide its members with opportunities for camaraderie, exploration, and mutual support within the Star Citizen universe. While embracing the lawful aspects of the verse, the Organization acknowledges the pursuit of activities with a thematic focus on exploration, trade, and defense, including a distinct bent toward piracy when deemed necessary or strategic.

Article II: Membership

  1. Membership in the Organization is open to all individuals who share a genuine interest in participating in the verse of Star Citizen and subscribe to the Organization’s principles, regardless of their chosen career paths.
  2. Potential members shall submit an application through the Organization’s designated channels, including a brief statement of intent and gameplay preferences.
  3. Membership may be revoked if a member’s actions are deemed in violation of the Organization’s Code of Conduct or are contrary to the spirit of the Organization’s thematic focus.

Article III: Code of Conduct

  1. All members shall conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Organization.
  2. Members shall refrain from targeting or exploiting new players, intentionally causing grief, or engaging in actions that harm the experience of others outside the bounds of the Organization’s thematic focus.
  3. In pursuit of piracy activities, members shall follow a strict “no unnecessary harm” policy, avoiding excessive violence or undue hardship on other players or NPCs.

Article IV: Leadership

  1. The Organization shall be led by a Council, consisting of Bosses, Captains and select Lieutenants, responsible for different aspects of the Organization’s activities, including exploration, trade, defense, and piracy.
  2. The Council shall make decisions through open discussion and majority vote, ensuring that all members have a voice in the direction of the Organization. Bosses oversee the council in their duties and activities and have final say during disputes.

Article V: Activities and Operations

  1. The Organization shall engage in various activities, including but not limited to exploration of uncharted regions, legitimate trading ventures, providing defense for its members, and targeted piracy operations.
  2. Piracy operations shall be executed strategically, targeting specific opportunities while minimizing collateral damage and adhering to the Organization’s “no unnecessary harm” policy.

Article VI: Disputes and Conflict Resolution

  1. Internal disputes shall be resolved through open communication and, if necessary, mediated discussions led by the Bosses of the Organization.
  2. In-game conflicts arising from piracy activities shall be dealt with in adherence to the Organization’s principles, striving to maintain a balance between immersion and ethical considerations.
