The 9th Expeditionary Force is a structured MilSim org in Star Citizen focused on coordinated fleet, air, and ground operations. Contracted to carry out Asset security and recovery. We deploy as a unified unit, emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and clear communication in combat in all theaters.
The 9th Expeditionary Force was formed in response to the growing instability along the expanding frontiers of human-controlled space. As corporate interests, independent militias, and criminal syndicates began competing for dominance beyond core UEE systems, the need for a disciplined, expedition-capable force became increasingly clear.
Originally established as a small joint task group composed of former UEE Navy personnel, independent contractors, and deep-space explorers, the 9th began as a rapid-response unit assigned to escort convoys and secure remote survey operations. Early deployments revealed a consistent pattern: isolated operations were failing due to lack of coordination, fragmented leadership, and the absence of standardized doctrine in deep-space environments.
In response, the unit was formally reorganized into the 9th Expeditionary Force, a structured multi-branch organization designed for sustained operations in contested space. Its mission evolved from simple escort duties to full-spectrum expeditionary warfare, including fleet engagements, planetary assaults, reconnaissance operations, and long-range expeditionary campaigns.
Over time, the 9th developed its identity around three principles: discipline under fire, adaptability across environments, and cohesion in all operational theaters. What began as a provisional security group has since become a standing expeditionary force doctrine built for modern multi-domain conflict.
Today, the 9th Expeditionary Force operates as a unified MilSim organization dedicated to coordinated operations across the verse—projecting force, maintaining order, and executing missions where unstructured groups fail.
We are a structured expeditionary force operating in the most unpredictable theater humanity has ever entered.
Space is not safe. It is not fair. It does not reward the unprepared.
We exist to impose order where there is none.
We believe:
That coordination is stronger than individual skill
That discipline outperforms chaos in every engagement
That every role—pilot, marine, engineer, or scout—is essential to mission success
That survival in deep space depends on structure, not improvisation
That a unit moving as one will always outperform a collection of individuals
We reject disorganization masquerading as freedom.
We do not operate alone. We deploy as a single force, across ships, stations, and planets.
Our strength is not in firepower alone, but in execution.
When the 9th Expeditionary Force enters a system, it is not as visitors.
It is as a coordinated presence with purpose, structure, and intent.
We do not seek conflict—but we are built for it.
We do not promise victory—but we prepare for it.
We are the 9th Expeditionary Force.
Article I — Purpose
The 9th Expeditionary Force exists to conduct organized, structured MilSim operations within Star Citizen, including but not limited to:
Fleet engagements
Ground combat operations
Escort and security missions
Reconnaissance and intelligence gathering
Expeditionary exploration and deep-space operations
Article II — Structure
The organization is divided into operational branches to ensure efficiency and mission clarity:
Expeditionary Fleet Command (EFC) – Fleet leadership and capital ship coordination
Marine Expeditionary Regiment (MER) – Ground combat and boarding operations
Aerospace Combat Wing (ACW) – Fighter and strike craft operations
Reconnaissance & Intelligence Division (RID) – Scouting, intel gathering, target designation
Logistics & Support Command (LSC) – Engineering, supply, transport, and medical support
9th Command Authority (9th CA) – Strategic leadership and doctrine oversight
All branches operate under unified command authority during active operations.
Article III — Command Authority
The 9th Expeditionary Force operates under a structured chain of command.
Orders issued by designated command personnel during operations are to be treated as binding for the duration of the mission.
Respect for rank and role is required during active deployments.
Outside of operations, the organization maintains a collaborative environment focused on training, planning, and readiness.
Article IV — Conduct Standards
Members of the 9th Expeditionary Force are expected to uphold the following standards:
Maintain clear and disciplined communication during operations
Follow operational directives during active missions
Avoid disruptive or uncoordinated behavior in tactical environments
Respect fellow members regardless of role or rank
Prioritize mission success over personal gain during organized events
Failure to meet conduct standards may result in removal from active roles or the organization.
Article V — Participation
The 9th Expeditionary Force recognizes that real life takes priority over in-game operations.
Participation in operations is encouraged but not mandatory unless assigned to specific mission-critical roles.
Members are expected to:
Communicate availability when possible
Participate in training when available
Support unit cohesion through teamwork and engagement
Article VI — Identity
The 9th Expeditionary Force operates as a cohesive MilSim organization with a focus on realism-inspired structure, adapted for the Star Citizen universe.
We are not bound by nationality, allegiance, or corporate affiliation.
We are bound by structure, discipline, and shared purpose.
Final Statement
The 9th Expeditionary Force was not built for comfort, convenience, or chaos.
It was built for coordination in the unknown.
Where others scatter, we organize.
Where others improvise, we execute.
Where others break, we hold formation.
