Charter

Article I – Name and Purpose
The name of this organization is Helix Holdings. The purpose of Helix Holdings is to engage in international trade and financial activities, provide specialized services such as discreet financial transactions and money guidance, and generate profits for its members.

Article II – Membership
Membership in Helix Holdings is open to individuals who share the organization’s goals and values, are willing to abide by its operational procedures, and have been approved by the existing members.
