Ace Wolf Logistics: Corporate Charter

Article I: Membership & Conduct

Professionalism: All members are representatives of the Ace Wolf brand. Disrespectful behavior toward fellow pack members or clients is grounds for review.

Commitment: We value quality over quantity. Members are expected to participate in at least one scheduled operation per month, though we remain flexible for real-life obligations.

Communication: Discord is our primary hub for coordination. Use of a working microphone is required for high-stakes mining and salvage operations.

Article II: Fleet Operations

Asset Protection: Pilots are responsible for the safety of corporate assets. Reckless operation of multi-crew ships like the Reclaimer or Hull-C without authorization is prohibited.

The “Fair Share” Policy: Profit from group operations (Mining, Salvage, Trading) is distributed based on role and contribution. A small percentage (10%) is reserved for the Corporate Treasury to fund ship buybacks and fuel.

Loadout Standards: For official ops, ships must meet the minimum equipment standards set by the Department Lead.

Article III: Rules of Engagement (ROE)

Defensive Stance: We are an industrial corporation, not a pirate syndicate. We do not initiate unprovoked hostilities against law-abiding Citizens.

Asset Defense: Members have full authorization to use lethal force to protect corporate cargo, mining claims, or salvage sites.

Piracy Policy: Engaging in piracy or “griefing” under the Ace Wolf tag is strictly forbidden and results in immediate expulsion.
