The Acolytes was founded on the principles of operational integrity and professional cohesion. For over two decades, we have provided a stable, high-performance environment for operators to collaborate and excel. Charter
THE ACOLYTES: OPERATIONAL CHARTER
This Charter establishes the mandatory code of conduct and organizational protocols for all personnel. Adherence to these articles is non-negotiable and ensures the institutional stability that has defined The Acolytes since 2004.
ARTICLE I: PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & DISCRETION
Institutional Loyalty: Every operator is a representative of the firm. Actions that jeopardize the reputation, stability, or operational security of The Acolytes are grounds for immediate contract termination.
Information Assurance: Personnel shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding client identities, mission parameters, and internal fleet coordinates.
Conflict Resolution: Personal grievances shall be handled through the established chain of command. Public dissent or internal “trolling” is classified as a breach of professional conduct.
ARTICLE II: CHAIN OF COMMAND & DOCTRINE
Operational Hierarchy: During active operations, the directives of the Lead Strategist and Wing Commanders are absolute. Precision is born of discipline.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): All combat and logistical maneuvers must align with established Acolyte doctrine. Innovation is encouraged during briefing; execution requires strict adherence to the plan.
Unit Cohesion: No operator maneuvers alone. Whether in a flight wing or a ground squad, mutual support is the primary directive.
ARTICLE III: ENGAGEMENT & ETHICS
Rules of Engagement (ROE): Operators will adhere to the ROE specified for each contract. Unauthorized escalation of force is prohibited unless required for immediate asset survival.
Integrity of Contract: Once a contract is accepted, it is pursued to completion. The Acolytes do not “self-destruct” or abandon partners mid-operation.
Anti-Piracy Clause: As a professional PMC, we do not engage in or tolerate unauthorized raiding or opportunistic piracy. We are the deterrent, not the chaos.
ARTICLE IV: TRAINING & READINESS
Integrated Training: Active-duty personnel are required to participate in scheduled cross-divisional exercises (Combat, Ground, and Logistics) to ensure total fleet synergy.
Technical Proficiency: Operators are responsible for the maintenance and readiness of their assigned gear and vessels. A failure of equipment is a failure of preparation.
Adaptive Learning: Following major operations, personnel will participate in After-Action Reviews (AARs) to refine firm-wide tactics and bolster our twenty-year legacy of excellence.
ARTICLE V: LOGISTICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Resource Stewardship: Industrial and Logistics specialists are the lifeblood of the firm. Combat elements are mandated to prioritize the protection of these assets during resource extraction and salvage operations.
