“If it exists in the black, we secure it. If it’s buried, we extract it.”

History

Founded by veteran pilots who spent decades running freight through corporate choke points and pirate-choked slipways, Apex Acquisitions was built on a simple reality: the most valuable cargo is never found on standard trade lanes.

What began as a single long-haul freighter carving out margins in deep space evolved into a specialized network of seasoned haulers, pathfinders, and salvage specialists. As corporate monopolies tightened their grip on core trade routes, our crews pushed outward toward the frontier—mapping derelict crash sites, running uncharted jump points, and recovering lost relics before scrap dealers or pirates could strip them clean.

Today, Apex operates across both lawful and unmonitored systems. We bridge the gap between heavy industrial transport and high-stakes asset retrieval, maintaining the independence, firepower, and operational discipline needed to thrive where UEE patrols fade into static.

Manifesto

Space is vast, unforgiving, and cluttered with the forgotten wealth of fallen empires and abandoned outposts. Most organizations exist to serve corporate boards or play soldier for petty warlords. We operate for the haul.

At Apex Acquisitions, we believe in three non-negotiables:

Sovereignty on the Fringe: We answer to our crew, our charter, and our contracts. We remain unaffiliated with corporate cartels, ensuring total discretion and freedom of movement across any star system.

Professional Execution: Whether moving hundred-SCU bulk freighters through hostile corridors or extracting a single prototype component from a derelict hull, every mission is executed with precision, calculated risk, and complete operational security.

The Crew Comes First: Ships and cargo can be replaced. Competent pilots, gunners, and ground teams cannot. No member is left behind in the black, and every cut is settled fairly when the ramp goes up.

If you have the patience to scout, the grit to hold a defensive perimeter, and the discipline to haul through the roughest sectors in the verse, you have a seat at our table.

Charter

Article I: Operational Secrecy & Discretion

Coordinates, scout reports, and manifest logs concerning rare asset recoveries are strictly proprietary. Information leaks to outside syndicates or hostile parties result in immediate dishonorable discharge and asset reclamation.

Article II: Frontier Engagement Rules

We are not reckless raiders, nor are we unarmed targets. Defensive fire is authorized immediately upon hostile lock or weapon discharge against an org vessel or contracted escort. Preemptive strikes require authorization from an active Operations Lead.

Article III: Fair Share Distribution

Org-sponsored expeditions operate under transparent payout models. Gross contract profits cover mandatory fuel, munitions, and hull repairs, with the remainder split proportionally among participating pilots, escorts, and support crew.

Article IV: Mutual Defense

A distress beacon from a verified Org member takes operational priority over routine commercial runs. When one of our hulls is bracketed, nearby units mobilize.
